How do I setup an Apple HomeKit Control Center?

I’m not sure if this is even possible, or if I just don’t understand the Homekit documentation :-/

I have HomeKit Bridge running on my HASS and can control my lights, shades etc. via Home on my iPhone.
Now I want that my wife can also do that with her iPhone.
But if I go to settings in Apple Home, I can’t add her as a member, it says there is a control center necessary to do that.

Can I setup an Apple HomeKit Control Center on Home Assistant? If yes, how?

Can I replace an iPad acting as a Homekit hub with HA? As in, I’d like to be able to control my devices with HA from outside my LAN. I do have HK integration and can control my devices via the Home app and Siri but only within my LAN. To have a WAN access, I need to have my iPad charged and online which is not always the case.
