How do I update HACS to 2.0?

I installed HACS over a year ago. I see that there is HACS 2.0. I followied the instructions at:

But when I try to add HACS from the “Add integration” button, it says “Only a single configuration of HACS is allowed.”

How do I uninstall the old version?

You don’t have to install from scratch or uninstall the old one, you should be able to just update it to the new version (no different than any previous HACS update).
