How do I upload a backup to the backup folder?

I need to upload the backup to the “backup” folder. However, the folder is locked against recording. Some other folders are protected, some are not. The unlocked folders can be uploaded, but I don’t get it to the “backup” folder and I can’t restore the settings. I have Home Assistant 0.102.2.

Setup the samba share addon. Then just drop it in.
