On the top graph many of my items are basically the same colour but on the lower graph they all have nice different colours. This is just a default setup so I didn’t change the colours for either. Can I adjust the ones in the top to make them stand out better?
For the top colour stuff, you may have a solution here: Energy tab - more colors for graphs - #6 by tom_l . You can try changing the theme to see if that changes the top bars.
I don’t think there is a way to choose the individual devices graph colours. If there is, I would like to know how because one of my devices is the same colour as untracked energy, which is annoying.
Sadly this didn’t work… It just changed all of them to another color.
The top bars will all be the same color, as in, blue for electricity consumption, red for gas consumption and teal for water consumption.
Like so:
What exactly do you want to do?
Ended up here, trying to solve a similar problem to the one it looks like you also have…
‘Living Room’ and ‘Untracked’ are very similar colours - I’d like to make Untracked something distinct, but seem to be coming up short.
Individual items the consumption can be colored by theming individual index values:
e.g.
energy-grid-consumption-color-0
energy-grid-consumption-color-1
energy-grid-consumption-color-2
(but you’re not really indended to add each individual device as a grid consumption sensor…)
Untracked energy color is mapped to state-unavailable-color
. Individual items in the individual devices use the standard graph colors, so those can be set by graph-color-1
, graph-color-2
, etc.
