How do you organize your flows?

I’m curious how others organize their flows, to see if I can better organize mine. Just looking to see if anyone does it a better way.

Currently, I’ve got different tabs for different “categories” of automations.

I’m in the process of reorganizing mine into separate tabs based on primary state change.

For example:
| Solar | Location | Motion | Alarm |

There some separate tabs for complex flows and things that may get shared. For those I use the link out and link in nodes to pass messages to different tabs.

For example, changing to only one of the alarm states stays within the Alarm tab, while the others are linked out to various places:

Similar to what I have, although I should probably use link nodes more often like you are. I’ve started moving to more dynamic Telegram notifications, so I’ve been using them for that but not much else.

Basic Home SysControls contains things like daily resets.

Basic light controls are the simpler light control flows, arrive home to front lights on, letting front porch light control front garage corner light, etc.

Advanced light controls handles my dimmer managers and motion light controls. Makes more sense to tie them together then try and manage them separately.

Security contains things like occupancy management, automatic door locking. Automatic security system arming.

Test and Play… do you really need that one explained?
