How remove remote_homeassistant entities?

I connected my Campervan HA to my Home HA using remote_homeassistant.

Initially I skipped all the include/exclude config options with the idea that I would finetune at a later stage.

But now I have 1935 entities copied from Camper to Home config and I can’t get rid of them anymore. My expectation was that later adding include/exclude lists would automatically be reflected in the entities that appear in my Home environment. However that seems not the case.

I found topics how to purge entities using Developer Tools but that seems to apply to purge recorded data from data base if I understand the doc of the Recorder integration correctly.

Anyone any idea how to delete all remote entities and start over again (using the exclude/include filters)?

I solved by removing the integration including the entities and subsequently the Recorder Purge service (in Development tools). After that they were all gone.

Next I added the integration back and in the config dialogue I excluded all domains and included only +/- 20 entities that I actually need.
However, unfortunately, that didn’t quite work. Not 1900+ but ‘only’ 976 entities have now been created by remote_homeassistant. Now I really do not understand anymore. My assumption was that by excluding all domains I excluded everything except for the 20 entities I explicitly inlcuded.

Or do I not understand this correctly?
