How to access components folders and edit a component

Hi, i would like to access component folder to edit a component. I want to do this :https://github.com/home-assistant/home-assistant/pull/26840
Is it possible to do this with Configurator on Hass.io? I can’t find the component folder, i tried here [/usr/local/lib/python3.7/site-packages/homeassistant/components] but homeassistant folder doesn’t exists.
