How to access repairs / issues (issue registry) via API?

Today I realized (the hard way) that my LetsEncrypt auto-renewal automation had failed due to an apparent update that broke my config somehow. I had to log in and repair some non-existent entities, mostly related to the Ping integration.

When I logged in, I was greeted with the warning banner below:

TL;DR— is there a way I could monitor this condition via API, checking some log or config file etc? I would like to avoid this in the future!
