How to activate a plug with alexa at a specific time?

I now exposed my plugs via emulate_hue to alexa echo. Now I want to control the ON switch at a specific time (dynamic based on voice input).

I want to say: “Alexa, turn on the dishwasher at 12 o’clock”. Or whatever device it is.
But I want the time being dynamic, according to the user input. Not every day at 12.

Is that possible at all??
