How to add items to my tasklist (CalDAV) via voice

Hi everyone,

I would like to use a voice command on my smartphone to add things to my to-do list in Home Assistant.

Google Assistant is currently set up as a voice assistant on my smartphone; the Home Assistant app is installed. My calendar and therefore my to-do list are also stored there via CalDAV.

In principle, I would like to say “add task” so that it becomes active and then say, for example, “clean the apartment”, which is then added to the list.

Is something like that possible (especially if I get ideas while driving)? I also have Tasker installed in case something is necessary here.

Hi everyone,

I’ve now partially managed it. I got important information from

In summary:
Settings → Voice assistants → Speech-to-text → faster-whisper
Settings → Voice assistants → X entities made available → deactivate Make available for all that are not used
Settings → Voice assistants → Private calendar (todo.private_calendar) → Aliases: Aufgabenliste, To-do list

There is a list of supported sentences for the to-do list here, for example (in german) intents/sentences/de/todo_HassListAddItem.yaml at 2e7344d09305510886399c0be9ca25e2dab79c8b · home-assistant/intents · GitHub

The only thing I still want to find out is that I have Google Assistant active as an assistant on my smartphone by default, but can somehow still trigger the HA assist to put things on the list
