How to add PR fix files of a feature to community directory

I have a fix that is pending on next release. I understand that I can copy the files of the fixed integration into community directory to override the “old” integration files.
My Q do I need to copy all the files of the integration including the files that are not affected or just the one who were fiexd ?

And you need to add a version key to the manifest.
