How to attach entity attribute to a area?

Hi
Got a Mill heater with a lot of properties that I want to pin/attach to an “Area” card. Ex Current temperature.

I tired to make a template sensor but I can’t attach it to a specific area.

Is there a better way to do this?

Found a solution to make a template sensor to a area, and that is by making a unique_id.

But when I stick it to a area it will not show up on the Area card! :frowning:
