How to Automate Notification Based on Time

I have an automation that checks my sump pump every hour and then sets a date_time boolean to indicate when last checked. Now I would like to setup an automation that runs to check the date_time boolean of the sump pump and let me know that it hasn’t run 5 minutes after it was scheduled. I’m not a programmer and for the life of me I can’t figure it out.

Input Datetime

Or is it something else?
