I’ve tried to reach out to support 3 times now over the last couple months, and have received no reply. For at least 3 months I have been double billed through my Credit Card directly via Stripe, and also through Paypal. I have cancelled my PayPal subscription and today got charged on my credit card again.
I have no benefits form the subscription and I don’t mind paying the small amount to get a awesome product, but do not want to be double charged for it. So my question is, does anyone know how to cancel the Stripe billing for Home Assistant Cloud?
