How to change hassos timezone file "/etc/localtime" read-only. Now is UTC, i need asia/shanghai,beause hassios service 8123 not working

install step base https://www.home-assistant.io/getting-started/ . after i can see hassio ip in my router. but i don’t connect hassio web service http:ip:8123 . I used google find have people said timezone set error,default is UTC,i am in asia/shanghai,so i how to setup zonetime.
