Hi,
I am trying to confugure a bluetooth speaker (JBL GO 2) in HAS-OS on a RPi 4B
I managed pairing, connecting and trust the device with bluetoothctl.
In several blogs I read that the file asound.conf should be edited, but in HA-OS this file is read-only.
Is there a way to do this?
No one any clue??
Is there no possibility in Home Assistant Operating System??

Hello Marcel, How did you manage to pair your JBL. I have a flip 3 and I try to do the same , but it doesn’t seem to work.
Doe you have an innstruction or code?
Thanks

I read somewhere that it was possible to connect MPD and Pulseaudio. I can’t do it yet, because there are problems with bluetooth and linux

I was also wondering the same. I’ve been using these old Google Chromecast Audio devices for my speakers around the house, and those devices aren’t manufactured anymore.
I was wondering if I could hook those speakers up to Home Assistant using Bluetooth proxies and go that way or even an Ethernet solution.
Is this possible or is it a Raspberry Pi issue?
I also understand that the Bluetooth Proxies are really meant for minimal data transfer, not continuous transfer like you’d have with music.
