I tried the new labs feature “winter mode” and it works well on my user and looks beautiful, but it seems my admin user is the only one that has the snowflakes on the screen all other users don’t have it. i tried reloading the webinterface/app

Tyr loging out and back in. I think that’s what made it work on my setup, but can be sure as I didn’t do it.

### Describe the issue you are experiencing
I installed Home Assistant 2025.12.0 on my HAOS VM running on Proxmox and enabled winter mode.
It works perfectly fine on my admin account but on my non-admin account I use for my hallway tablet (iPad Air 4 on iOS 26.1 using latest companion app 2025.12.0 [if that matters]) the snow flakes do not appear.
If I set the user to be an admin it works as expected.
### Describe the behavior you expected
A user without admin rights you also see the snowflakes from the winter mode as well as other admin users.
### Steps to reproduce the issue
1. Install 2025.12.0
