How to control music assistance via home assist (voxie commands)

Hi there,

I’m looking for some guidance on controlling music assistant via voice commands. I know that the there has been some progress connecting chat GP with the music assistant but I just want a simple local way of playing artist / song / playlist and skipping tracks, resuming and pausing ect.

I have configured the home assist and installed music assistant.

Would the beat way be to write some automations that make use of the “music assistant service” ?

Try to use custom sentences that will interact with the music assistant’s services.

If the recognition quality is good, then everything should work out.
