I installed Home Assistant in Docker on a Raspberry Pi and I do not have Supervisor. I just did another install in Virtualbox on Windows and would like to create a snapshot and migrate over. I can’t find a way to create a snapshot without Supervisor or a way to add Supervisor to my current setup.

You don’t have snapshots. That is part of a supervised install.
Copy your entire configuration.yaml file (including the hidden .storage folder) from one system to the other.
