Yes, but there is no “utility_room_light” in the integration, but in “Devices” it says that it is in integration: ESPHome.

Solved my own problem.
The file [.storage/core.config_entries] reveals that the “title” and “device name” had become mismatched. Integrations lists devices by the former, while the devices tab lists them by the latter. By searching for the mysterious device name within this config file, I was able to learn the device “title” which allowed me to then delete it from the integrations page.
