How to delete corrupt backup files from SD card?

Hi,

I´m running HA OS on a RPI4 with a 64 GB SD card.

My storage is nearly full although I save backups in Google Drive and leave only the latest one on the SD card.

I had a look into the backup folder of the SD card (using Ubuntu) and there were several old backup files (.tar) that are not shown in the HA UI. They have a size of about 30 GB.

I assume those are corrupt files when a backup wasn´t completed successfully.

I tried to delete them but Ubuntu is not offering that option, because “I´m not the owner” and therefore have only read access.

Do I need to get root access (via SSH, Putty etc.) to delete those files or is there another, easier way?

Thanks a lot for any help!

EDIT:

SOLVED
I could delte those files using Paragon Linux File System.
