How to determine cause of a Zigbee device going offline?

I have a Tuya ceiling light that I installed a couple of weeks ago and it works for a while but then will completely drop out… going offline for no apparent reason
The only way to fix seems to be to completely power off, or very occasionally it will just start working again

Is there any way to determine what is the cause? It doesn’t seem to be power since it can do it in the power on state as well, so it appears to be a zigbee related issue.

I’m using Zigbee2MQTT but logs are empty and I don’t see anywhere to get it to capture logs

Also is there any way to try and force a command to the device even if it’s showing offline? (maybe zigbee already does this?!)

Really I just want to try and identify the issues
