My ISP does not support ipv6, how do I turn it off completely? Please help me
That really should not matter as far as Home Assistant is concerned. However, go to
Settings → System → Network → Configure Network Interfaces, then in that box select your network adaptor and expand the IPv6 settings:

Recently my HA wouldn’t update. It would say no host internet connection. Other RPIs I had wouldn’t update their software. I found if I rebooted my ISPs router it would all work for a week or two. Then rebooting didn’t work. I had ipv6 turned off on HA and my ISP did use ipv6 but the router had settings for it. I disabled all setting relating to ipv6 on the router and it has been working since.
