How to display large numbers/text?

I am looking at possibly replacing my own dashboard with a Lovelace pane and one of the elements I would like to duplicate are entries with large numbers or text (an example is below - for a value from HA (the temperature) or a calculated one (the system date))

Are there widgets that can be configured (content and look) that I could use to retrieve such a view?

If you are any good at CSS you can use a Markdown Card. It accepts theming.
