How to display raw device data on a chart?

I love the convenience of the built-in History charts in HA, but from my understanding, the History charts only display 5-minute aggregates of the entity/device data?

If I am correct, then is there an easy way to display the actual entity data on a graph?
A configuration adjustment or HACS add-in?

A history graph card or history panel graph plots the raw, unaggregated, history of an entity.

I guess you're asking because you see the 5 minute aggregate in the more-info popup?
