How to display state on badges

Dear all
I’d to show a badge with state label but i’m been able. I’ve followed the scheme on doc with:

badges:
  - type: state-label
    entity_id: myentity

But nothing… The badge still only round with icon radio button and the friendly name but not the state
The entity is the nightlight state of a yeelight ceiling domain binary_sensor. Has somebody have any idea?
