I’d prefer doing it in the UI. Not a Yaml expert.

I have Alarmo setup.

I have a zone setup that tracks my cell phone location.

So if I leave the zone my automation should arm Away and Arm back to home upon re-entering the zone.

The problem, she doesn’t have a cell phone to track.

I don’t want armed Away when she’s still home. Something I can tap and turn something on that can be used in my Away automation to prevent arming if I leave alone.

A toggle switch has been suggested and a custom binary sensor, which I don’t know how to create.

Is there an easy solution to this?

Thank you, I thought a toggle helper was correct, but my memory is getting worse in my old age and I get stuck in the why can’t figure this out loop.
