I just setup HA in CarPlay and entered a few Quick Access items as a test. But I would now like to edit them. I initially set them up to verify the action and would like to now remove that requirement. How can I edit these? In iOS going to Settings->General->CarPlay->Sync3->Customize only lets me reorder the apps on my car display. TIA
On your mobile, In Companion App > Settings > CarPlay you should see all defined iterms in Quick Access section. Just click on any of these and change Require confirmation option.

Is there any insight as to what constitutes an “entity”? Or maybe, how the list of entities is filtered? When adding an item, I select “Entity” and I can then search for Friendly Names. If I enter “Garage Door 1” I get multiple results… but in the HA web interface I have only one enabled entity named “Garage Door 1.” I have a disabled device tracker with the same name, so maybe that’s it? The icon assigned to that tracker doesn’t match what shows up in this area of the Companion app, though.
I can’t search by entity ID, so I can’t narrow it down that way. I have it working fine after adding the correct cover entities by trial and error–but I’m wondering if there’s any more info on that.
