How to enable drag-and-drop feature in lovelace

I just upgraded Home Assistant Core to 2024.3.3 on my RPi 4. One thing I was looking forward to was the new drag-and-drop feature, but I don’t have it in my installation.

I feel like a real noob now, but do I need to enable it in HA somehow, if so, where?

Create a dashboard view. For view type select “sections”. Drag and drop is enabled in sections view. Currently you can’t convert an existing dashboard to sections view
