How to expose a Homebridge blinds 'plug-in' in HA

I managed to move 90% of my devices to be controlled in HA, I have one group of blinds left that I’m unable to control in HA.
I’m using the HomeBridge plug-in for older Hunter Douglas blinds (Platinum Gateway controlled). Trying to expose each of the blinds in my rooms, in the HA app and have one central controls to manage lights, devices, blinds.
While I’m able to make HomeBridge see all the HA devices, I’m unable to make the blinds show up in HA. Reason I want this is to include the blinds in my automations and scripts.

And aren’t the blinds in the homekit? You can remove them from homekit, then I think they will appear in HA as homekit devices

They are not HomeKit devices.
The plugin in HB makes them a HomeKit accessory. But blinds are controlled with tcp commands through the Hunter Douglas platinum gateway, which isn’t “smart”.

I’m guessing I’ll need to get going and port the HB plugin to become a HA integration. But not enough of a developer to know where to start yet

Of course they are not an offic homekit device, that’s why you have a homebridge. I’m asking if these devices are already added to the Homekit app. Because you can only add devices to one environment at a time via QR homekit code from homebridge.
The solution I suggested is that if they are already added to homekit, delete them. After they are free to add to HA, they will appear in HA as a new discovery ‘homekit’ device. You use the code from homebridge.
