How to force authentication for Tado

When Tado recently requested authentication, I mistakenly authenticated with the wrong Tado account, that related to another property where I have an account. That of course means HA can’t get data from Tado at my home. Is there some way to force HA to trigger another Tado authentication?

I solved this myself, by changing the password on the Tado account that was mistakenly linked to HA which in turn forced HA to authenticate with Tado again. I then had to be careful to authenticate with the correct Tado account!

It might have worked by removing the device and re-adding it under the devices page as well.

On a side-note: once you add the taro devices to an apple device (Homekit) HA will be able to talk Homekit to them and you won’t be cloud dependent anymore. There are a few functions unavailable through Homekit though.
