How to fully reset Z2M and start with a new network?

Hey folks! First I want to say thank you in advance for any help. I’m using TubesZB awesome Zigbee coordinator. (The 2022 PoE one). I wanted to switch from ZHA to Z2MQTT, so I did.

I played around a bit and now I want to start over. Basically I was giving Z2M a trial run and I want to start fresh with my permanent network. I can run this command to reset the coordinator I think (thanks to Tubes for helping me with this!):

python -m zigpy_znp.tools.nvram_reset socket://192.168.4.162:6638

However I wanted to know what to do in Z2MQTT. If I wanted a new PAN ID and security key, is it as simple as following the directions here? (See picture).

I guess I’m wondering what is stored on the coordinator vs in Z2MQTT. Is removing those two files enough? The database one and the coordinator backup. Should I just change the network key to a random key in the configuration file?

Should I remove those Two files, reset Z2M to defaults, change the pan ID and network key and I’m good to go?

I’ll of course remove all of the devices first so it’s easier to repair.

Thanks In advance and hope it made sense !

Matt
