How to get data from ESP32 web server without espHome

Hello,

I am very new to HA, that I installed only a couple of hours ago. My goal is to migrate all my devices that are currently managed in Jeedom (on a separate Rapsberry Pi).

On of the devices is an ESP32, from which I would like to retrieve some data (temperature, humidity, pressure) to display them on the dashboard. In Jeedom, I was doing this via a curl command executed every 5 minutes. Could someone please guide me on how to do the same in HA?

Please note that this ESP32 is programmed to do some other stuff, so I don’t want to touch its firmware, which exclude using espHome.
