Wow all this and there is not a simple command to run from the shell on the system? Like “ha info” ???

Old topic, but I post an answer in case it is useful to anyone.
If you access HA from your computer, in local, through homeassistant.local:8123, to get the IP of your HA, just
Open terminal (WIN: cmd / MAC: Terminal)
Run “ping homeassistant.local”.
And you will get the IP of your HA installation without accessing neither the Raspberry nor the router.
