How to get started, where to find resources on wall tablet for alarm and other screens

Hi Everyone

I’m going to use Alarmo to create an alarm system. Already have the chime, door sensors, announcements working, so it’s time to put it all together. So I have a Kindle Fire HD8 tablet, new on Prime Day. Have put Fully Kiosk on. Seems a great piece of software.

Can anyone point me in the direction of having a tablet at the front door, and having multiple screens “including” an alarm screen, screen for lights, Sonos, alarm, battery states, weather, cameras, etc. ideally I’d like to be able to set a main screen, maybe a welcome screen wtih calendar, weather and alarm, and then have the user swipe to additional screens with their own dashboards.

Any projects out there, or reading materals would be greatly appreciated.

Your question feels… Open-ended and broad. What your describing is about half of what having Home Assistant is all about. I think perusing this forum (and the Internet in general) will give you plenty of examples of what people have made for their specific use-case. Pick and choose what you like and go from there.

Edit: I’ll also add, start small and piecemeal. It’s VERY easy to get overwhelmed by what you what in total. Start with one piece of one dashboard at a time and slowly build on it.

Don’t want to get locked into wrong path. Question really centred on is there an add-on of some sort where I can have multiple dashboards and scroll through them as you would do in your phone, one being an alarm.
