How to identify "Unknown entities"?

Is it possible identify unknown entities, and more importantly, determine which automation they are referenced in? I’ve run into this situation several times. The unknown entity was actually caused on purpose by me because I’m having a different smart switch installed. So I thought I’d use the opportunity to try and determine that this automation has an unknown entity.
