How to increase log size of add-ons?

I noticed, that logs on Home Assistant (using HassOS) are somewhat limited - how can I increase log size? Even when I login to “real” HassOS and run e.g. docker logs addon_a0d7b954_nut I only see 101 log lines…

I also struggle with this esp. in debug mode but HAOS is my test-system.
What you probably can do is use portainer (another add-on)
