Trying to install Rhaspy add-on and integration. I have a JOUNIVO JV803 USB mic/speaker that is recognized at the hardware level (and shows up as a selection in the add on configuration page). But the microphone isn’t selectable in the web ui. I determined that pyaudio isn’t already installled in HAOS and proceeded to try an install it using pip (pip install pyaudio). The install errors on “Failed building wheel for pyaudio.” Any ideas? I don’t know how to copy and paste the terminal output in the home assistant terminal so any tips about that would be appreciated.
Same here! Rhasspy add-on can be installed but the audio device cannot be selected!
arecord and aplay are not present in HAOS, nor, likely, pyaudio.
