I’m trying to figure out how to integrate a Call Box AV-04FD BAS-IP with Home Assistant, but I’m not sure where to start or how it works. Can anyone guide me through the process or point me in the right direction?

I haven’t found integration yet. Has anyone dealt with something similar or have any idea on how to integrate it with Home Assistant?

I get calls correctly, but it should open the card before calling. If I call before opening the card, I don’t get the call in the card.

Did you try by using the event as a trigger?
