How to integrate modbus HRV with esp8266

Hi,

I would like to connect my nodemcu to a RS485 convertor to connect it to my modbus HRV. Can someone please check my wiring is not crazy?

I am trying to use ESPHome for this project, specifically using modbus_component but all I get is just “sent modbus message” and then nothing else is in the logs…
