How to know what zigbee version for my CC2531 stick?

Hi, my CC2531 stick with CC2531_DEFAULT_20190608.zip firmware where i found it in zigbee2mqtt website. However, how do i know what zigbee version is this?

Basically, i want know if this is zigbee 1.2 or zigbee 3.0 because i want to try to pair an ewelink zigbee plug, but this plug requires zigbee 3.0.

CC2531 with ZigBee 1.2 firmware connects fine with ZigBee 3.0 plugs.
