How to listen to MQTT topic under Dev Tools?

Devices and Services…

Locate your MQTT Integration
Select Configure…

Voila!

I could also recommend to use MQTT explorer, a free tool…depends a bit what you want to achieve

I can’t see how to listen with this solution.

Do you have the MQTT integration installed? The integration has a location to add the topic you want to listen to, then press “start listening” and if a payload is found at that topic it is displayed. This is what is shown with the images in the solution.
