How to make a backup of the coordinator Sonoff USB3.0 CC2652P in ZHA?

Hello everyone, currently is there a method to perform a rescue of the coordinator Sonoff USB3.0 CC2652P in Zha?

I would like to be able to back up the coordinator so that you can restore in case of problems or firmware updates.
