How to make a clickable link to another dashboard

how can a clickable link be added to entity cards? similar like the screenshot which is part of the standard energy card.

Depends on your context. The markdown card can do it:

But it’s a separate card then. You can also specify a Weblink as part of an entities-card:

you need to add an button card, leave the entity empty and choose action “navigate to” instead of “toggle”.
when you choose navigate, you can enter the path you want to navigate to.
