How to make .jpg in /www/tmp accessible for other devices on LAN?

Hi,

I’m saving a snapshot from my camera to /config/www/tmp when doorbell is pressed.
I want to set it up so that I can give the url to my dumb picture device and have it load the image file.
Home Assistent is runing on Raspberry PI using the recommended RaspberryPi image.

I use the Samba add-on to make the HA config directory available to other devices on the LAN.
