Any one know project like this? maybe use Amazon Dash?
You need to have your bell button connected to HA (you can replace it with Amazon Dash, use MQTT DIY button, Xiaomi button whatever) and connected to where you want the sound to come out or you can have HA handling that also.
In HA just make a automation when that button is pressed to take a snapshot from the camera as explained here:

You can setup a second camera to display the taken picture as explained here : https://home-assistant.io/components/camera.local_file/
Or you can have it send it to you by any notification component that sends pictures (telegram, email, pushbullet for example)
