Currently system 0.57, but there is no pop-up prompt in the hassio panel. How do I upgrade manually?

After release of a new version, Hassio takes between 24 to 48 hours to display the update prompt.

It’s been more than 3 days since it was released
Clearly says at the top of the release notes that hass.io update will be delayed.

The person responsible for Hassio update is moving to a new house this week, that’s why the update is delayed.
No-one living nearby can help with the move?

A bit risky with only one person to update Hass.io ? Should be 2-3 persons that know how to update the package and fix errors. So if one is sick, dies etc. hass.io will live on
