How to migrate Z Wave Stick Properly from one HA instance to other

Recently, I decided to update my RPi 3B+ to RPi 4. Given that I have been using HA since very early days, I had lot of devices/entities that were no longer supported and it was all clutter. So I decided to do a clean install for RPi4 HA.

For ZWave and Zigbee Integration, I use Nortek combo stick.

Given the stick itself does not have reset functionality, I plugged in the stick new HA instance and Zigbee devices started showing up automatically but that was not the case with Zwave devices. Initially, it listed all available Z wave devices as neighboring nodes but did not show anything in either integration UI or Lovelace UI. When I did a manual reset on one of the devices, most of the devices started showing up in Lovelace UI and Integration UI but not in the Z Wave control panel.

Question - Did I misconfigured something? I was expecting to reset individual devices before able to add them to a new HA instance but given the current behavior. I am not quite sure why the rest of the devices does not show up in Z Wave Control Panel.

Attaching a few screenshots of how my integration and Z wave control UI looks.

NOT AN EXPERT, but I recently moved from the Rpi3 to an Intel NUC. After installing Home Assistant on the NUC, I just restored the latest snapshot from the Rpi. I shut down the Pi and moved the Aeotec Z-Stick to the NUC, and booted up. All of my Z-wave devices were there.

My understanding is that the Z-Wave network is stored on the Z-Stick.

In reality, it took me a few days and lots of help from rontaylor who did a similar move before me.

Difference here is I did not restored it from snapshot. It was clean installation. So I was not expecting to see any Z Wave devices automatically.
