How to modify Home Assistant's default reply when a device is turned on or off?

When I ask Home Assistant via Home Assistant Preview Voice to turn of the lamp or any device, it invariably replies with “The (device name) has been turned off”.
How do I customize this for all devices to reply either with:

  • No reply
  • Done dude
    or any other?
