How to monitor two different cooling fans

Hi all.

I want to monitor two different fan coils to give a closed circuit signal to a ground heat pump (to trigger the circulation of cold ground water) and activate another 230v pump via a plejd smart plug to circulate the water into the cooling loop. From fan coil nr.1 I have a potensial fra contact that is shorted whenever the fan coil is running. From fan coil nr.2 I only have the fan voltage between 0 and 10 v to monitor.

Besides this I could monitor the power draw from the fans to detect when the fans are running and the cool water should be pumped around.

I was originally thinking about the Frient Smart IO, but I could not figure out if that unit supports a signal between 1 and 10 volts, or just detects open or closed circuits. Anyone know this?

Secondly I was thinking about using a Aqara Single Switch Module T1 on both of the power inlets to detect when the power draw was more than 3-4watts. But how accurate is the power readout on this unit? Will it work on detecting the difference between idle (3-4watts) and the lowest fan speed (maybe 10watts)?

Is there a solution to this other than these two options? I can also monitor the 230v actuator current, but I havent found any zigbee or other sensors that does that.

Any ideas?
